If you are ordering at the counter instead doing it on the giant screen placed in the restaurant, you may receive the answer from the employee that "it's better to put your order on the screen, than to bother us at the counter preparing the meals". At McDonalds the employees are machine slaves doing what the computer orders. No worries, it's modern times but also not worth more than 1 star for the service quality.
